Bag Styles

Tube: A filter body that is open on both ends. It is generally but not necessarily cylindrical in shape.

Tapered Tube: A tube filter with different diameters or circumferences at each end.

Bag: A filter body that is open at only one end. It is generally but not necessarily cylindrical in shape.

Multi Bag: A filter bag which is stitched flat in such a way as to product several adjacent or tangential bags when inflated. This type of filter may have individual openings for the tangential bags or may have a common opening for several tubes.

Envelope: This type of filter is constructed from a flat piece of fabric that is stitched and/or folded closed on three sides and open on the fourth.
